The Massage Clinic
Dale Newman and Kim Weeks-Newman Started The Massage Clinic, Inc. in January 1999. Shortly after opening we began focusing on injury treatment and recovery from accidents. In 2001 we added a second location at 3003 W Casino RD Everett, WA 98203 working exclusively with workplace injuries. Our third location at 8th and Park Renton, WA 98057 was opened in 2003 also working exclusively on labor and industries claims.
In 2004 we started working on an onsite massage program to reduce workers pain before they opened a workers compensation claim. We found that when we were able to treat employees early after the onset of an injury they often did not need to open an L&I claim. According to OSHA massage therapy is considered first aid and is not recordable as a workplace injury.
In 2005 we decided to open Industrial Massage Institute, Inc. to take on the contracts for pain intervention massage and reducing workplace injuries. Click here to learn about Industrial Massage, Inc.
September 7th 2010 The Massage Clinic Moved to 4322 Rucker Ave Everett, WA 98203. The building is pictured below.

We have been involved with the local community since we started. We have sponsored the Crusin to Colby Car Show as well as the PCs Pub/The Flying Pig Annual Golf Tournament. Dale is a Board Member for The Everett Area Chamber of Commerce and the Chairman for SCYPN (Snohomish County Young Professionals Network).
Our Massage Therapists:
Kim Newman

My name is Kim Newman, I started The Massage Clinic, Inc. in January 1999 with Dale Newman. I decided to go to massage school my sophomore year of high school after completing a training course to become a nurses aid. I found massage was a great way to help people have a better quality of life. In September of 2007 I enrolled with Seattle Massage School in a 1080 hour course. In 2002 I completed my advanced training in medical massage. Watching people come from a place of pain and dysfunction to being pain free is the greatest part of what we do.
I have always lived in Washington and feel it is the perfect place with the mild weather, mountains and ocean all within a few hours drive. On nice days I like to go boating and fishing with my husband and son (Dylan). In the winter I like to take Dylan skiing
Aleas Aeschleman
My Name is Aleas Aeschleman and I am from Montana. I have been a practicing massage therapist since June of 2004. I went to school at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA founded by Ben Benjamin, for a total of 900 hours. I have continued to take continuing education in deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and most recently Industrial Massage Institute, Inc. courses on Medical Massage and Introduction to Deep Tissue Intervention.
I thoroughly enjoy being a massage therapist and working for The Massage Clinic! I have been with The Massage Clinic since April of 2005, working out of the onsite occupational division of The Massage Clinic at both the Everett and Renton Facilities. Working at the onsite occupational division has given me an opportunity to work with a huge population of Washingtonians and meet interesting people. I find a sense of fulfillment in my work, as I am able to witness improvement through massage and rehabilitation.
I also work out of a chiropractic clinic and two years ago I started my own chair massage practice! I find working out of various settings as a massage therapist keeps me on my toes and allows me to explore different avenues of my work.
I recently became a mom to a healthy, and in my opinion beautiful baby girl! Eleanor Grace Aeschleman was born on the 25th of November 2009. Motherhood has been wonderful and I could not ask for anything more.

Kerri Starr
My name is Kerri Starr and I have worked in the service industry for more than 20 years. My husband, Joel and I previously owned and managed 2 restaurants in downtown Everett for a combined 12 years.
Even while running restaurants, I knew I eventually wanted to become a massage therapist. With the loving support of Joel and our two kids, Taylor and Mackenzie, I was finally able to go to school, I graduated from Spectrum Massage School in Lake Stevens in June 2009. I have been fortunate enough to almost immediately go to work at The Massage Clinic and have been since August 2009. I work part time doing medical massage at The Massage Clinic at the onsite occupational division in Everett while also growing my own business at the downtown Everett location.
I enjoy my work immensely. The onsite occupational massage division has given me th opportunity to improve my skills in medical massage and only working part-time allows me to use these skills in my own practice.
My goal is to further my education to improve my knowledge. This, along with my genuine care and good communication, will ensure that my clients get only the best from me. I look forward to seeing you at The Massage Clinic.
Sincerely,
Kerri Starr
